Delivery service
Deliveries within the Netherlands are made by TNT Post, whilst DHL makes all deliveries outside theNetherlands.

We strive to ensure that your products are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of your payment. Sometimes however, it may occur that we do not have a product in stock. In that instance, we will inform you of this in good time and we will deliver your product no later than 10 working days after your payment has been received. 

Shipping costs
Our shipping costs are equal to the shipping costs determined by TNT Post and DHL, plus the applicable VAT rate. The costs depend on the weight of the goods ordered. You will see the precise amount of the shipping costs on your order statement.

Where does Headphonestore.eu ship to?

We ship our products worldwide. If you cannot find your country in the list of countries that we ship to, please contact our customer services department. 

Method of payment
There are three methods of payment: iDEAL, PayPal or bank transfer. 

Returns and faults
Despite the great care we take when processing your order, items may occasionally malfunction or you may receive the wrong product through no fault of your own. In such cases, you must contact Headphonestore.eu within 10 days. You can do this via our online ticket system on our website, or by sending a letter to:

Unstamped packages will not be accepted. To ensure that your complaint is dealt with quickly, you must send a copy of the invoice and state the reason for which you are returning the product.
